Melt away your belly fat without hitting the gym

It’s still winter time, which means that you have time to get rid of that awful belly fat and attract all the hot guys’ attention at the pool when summer arrives.
Whether you’re ready or not, summer will come and your friends will all want to chill at the pool during those hot, sunny days. And so will you.
When that day comes, the day you will want to put on your bathing suit, you will be ready and looking “delicious” by using these easy tips you can use at home.
First of all, you will need to change your eating habits. Try not to eat after 6:00 PM, if planning on going to bed around 10:00 PM. Basically, try to eat at least 3 to 4 hours before going to bed. And, as much as possible, stay away from fried food or eating too much bread, pretzels or any other kind of pastries.
Golden rule to remember: NEVER skip breakfast.
Next, exercise is key, and cardio is gold. Engage your boyfriend, girlfriends, friends or family in a relaxing, blood-working, calories-burning walk in the park. If you think you need to sweat to loose fat, you are correct. But any kind of exercise is better than just “planting” yourself on the couch and mastering the remote. Therefore, if not in the mood to pedal your bike or doing fitness exercises, a walk will do just fine, as long as you stick to it and turn it into a daily habit.
Be sure to drink plenty of water, but don’t drink more than you can handle. Yes, water is good for you, but nothing does good in excess. Therefore, try to stay hydrated and stay away from fizzy sodas. Those things contain more sugar than you need, which is as less as possible, if trying to lose a few.
Despite what many people think, skipping meals will get you nowhere on long-term. You will loose a few pounds by doing so at first, but, after a while, you will gain those pounds back, and more. Skipping meals is not a healthy thing to do.
Bottom line: to melt that fat belly away, and keep it down, eat healthy, stay hydrated and exercise.Melt away your belly fat without hitting the gym
