Home exercises for back pain relief and back fat reduction

If you’re thinking that you could use a few inches off your back, but having back pains and second thoughts about exercising, due to that pain, think again, because there are exercises which you can do at home, that will take inches of fat from your back area and also provide pain relief.

Normally, if not having other related health issues, back pain is actually caused by a sedentary life therefore doing the right exercises in the right way, you can make all the pain go away.

The first tip to back pain relief is to stop whatever you’re doing when the pain hits, whether at home or at the office, and allow yourself a relaxing stretch, by:

  • placing your arms on your waist, and swing left to right, then up and down (keeping that back straight), sideways
  • bend and leave the arms hanging, totally relaxed, and then easily pull yourself up, still keeping the arms relaxed and hanging
  • standing up, put your arms on your waist and, keeping the back straight, try to look over your head, leaning backwards as much as you can, without falling

Here are also a few exercises that will relieve your back pain and will also slim the back area, at the same time:

Exercise one

Lie on your back and keep your arms straight, along your body. With the knees at 90 degrees, and keeping the back straight, pull your waist up and keep it there for two seconds. Repeat 20 times.

Exercise two

Place yourself into a push-up position. Keeping your back straight, instead of doing a push-up, stand on your elbows and toes. Your body should be straight. Don’t push your bottom up and stand too low. Keep it there for as long as you can. Repeat 5 times.

Exercise three

Lie on your back, spread your arms straight, sideways. Lift your knees and keep your legs at 90 degrees. With your legs lifted as so, and keeping your back straight on the floor, rotate your legs at the same time and in the reminded position fro left to right 20 times or at least as many times as you can.

Exercise four

Lie on your belly with your arms extended. Lift your arms and legs at the same time 15 times. Then 15 times one arm and opposite leg, alternating.Home exercises for back pain relief and back fat reduction
